For over 5 years LAER has been committed to the communities and neighborhoods in which we live and work. We believe in being good community partners supporting our local neighborhoods and the people who make them special.

The agents and staff of LAER Realty Partners believe in making a crater-sized impact on the world. We help more than 3500 families a year buy and sell real estate. With each buyer and seller we serve, we further put our fingerprint on the communities by giving a piece of each marketing fee earned back to local charities. That's approximately $100,000 a year back into the communities that we hold dear to our hearts.  The charities we support include Habitat for Humanity, The Jimmy Fund, Dana Farber, Susan G. Komen, Be LIke Brit, Last Hope K9 Rescue, The Humane Society, Best Friends, The Boys and Girls Club, The Durkin Foundation, and the March of Dimes. In 2019, we partnered with The Greg Hill Foundation. This foundation provides immediate financial support to New England families when tragedy strikes so that recipients can pay for medical, funeral, and living expenses in times of peril.
